Well... self-explanatory, really. It was created as a full-size overlay of the wilderness map and reduced to 25%. Click the preview for the full 2 MB view. As a side note, I'll be updating this map constantly as new areas are introduced.

2/8/09: Meropis added! The title is no longer really accurate, I guess, but until Maya gives us a planet name...!

Pretty! I especially like the relative sizes of the Ithmias and Hashan. :D

Will this be winning Artisinals next month?
:iconmietm:
Well done! This is an excellent representation - I'm curious, are the merfolk the only people who call the eastern seas the "Eusian Seas" and where are the Northern Seas that Borak supposed watches over? Would those be beyond the barrier?

Anyway, very well done!
:icondelphinusw:
Believe it or not, all the sizes are to scale. (Well, except for the sizes of the individual buildings.) This is a direct prettified overlay of the wilderness map, reduced by 25%, so Hashan really is that size in comparison to the Ithmias. :D

But to answer your question, I can't submit it. The Artisanal entry size limit is 500 kb.

I admit to thinking that WI was a good deal larger than EI, but my mental image hadn't taken the recent additions into consideration. It's a lovely map, though. -Very- pretty! <3

Wow, that's awesome

Now, being the explorer fiend you are, could you please explain to me why one can go from Lake Vundamere through the Savannah into the desert without ever crossing the river? It contradicts every map I've ever seen yet it's possible.
:icondelphinusw:
The older areas were... far from consistent in how they were built. You're also able to just keep crossing the road west in one place without ever going east. The Savannah in particular is the bane of many a cartographer. Heh, you should see Darkenwood...

So much nicer to see a proper wilderness map instead of the very disproportionate maps of the world that I have attempted to draw by hand. :)

Kudos.
